路沿石制作步骤
1、首先将面层配比水泥100斤、铁红8-9斤、细沙200斤、放入搅拌机至比较均匀、将光亮剂5 斤放入约25斤的水中、略以搅拌、放入搅拌机、然后在添加适量、搅拌成不稀不稠流动性好的面料至于容器。
1. Firstly, mix 100 kg of cement, 8-9 kg of iron red, 200 kg of fine sand into the mixer, put 5 kg of brightener into 25 kg of water, mix slightly, put into the mixer, and then add appropriate amount, mix into a non-dense and fluidity good fabric as container.
2、将面层料适量(约0.5-1厘米厚)放入模盒内、略加振动5-10秒、稍作放置15-30分钟(软硬始终)再放入底层料。
2. Put a proper amount of fabric (about 0.5-1 cm thick) into the mould box, add vibration for 5-10 seconds, and place it for 15-30 minutes (hard and soft always) before putting it into the bottom material.
3、底层放入后、在振动15-30秒15-30秒后生产流程基本完成。

4、养护、放入适当封闭的环境内养护为佳,尽量避免阳光暴晒、风吹,根据气温和环境1-3天脱模为佳，在养护3-5天后便可出厂使用。
